V. Address Changes & Issues

Address Correction: Contact us within 24 hours of payment at order@fluffybean.com. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing starts.

Lost Packages: FluffyBean is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Damaged Items: Please email us photos/videos of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours of delivery.
