I. 30-Day Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, odors, and stains, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable: Used/washed items, customized products, gift cards, final sale items, or damage caused by improper use.

II. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact our support team at order@fluffybean.com prior to sending any items back.

Please include your order number, item(s) to return/exchange, reason, and clear photos of the product.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Do not send items to the address on the original shipping package.

III. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Preference (Change of Mind / Wrong Size): Customer covers return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items: FluffyBean covers return shipping. Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item, outer box, and shipping label.

IV. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge before processing begins. Once shipped or entering processing, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

V. Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
